Hog 4 Console boots up to "dbus isc-dhcp-server ...failed" error

Description

Console boots up with a dbus isc-dhcp-server ...failed error. It also asks the user for a hog4 login.

There is an issue with an external monitor, unplug external monitor and reboot the console.
