Hog 4 console will not see anything on or be seen on the HogNet network

Symptoms/Issue

The console will not see anything on or be seen on the HogNet network.

Description/Explanation of Issue

If a console will not respond to the HogNet network,  The console may have lost the MAC address 

Fix/Solution

1. Check the MAC Address for the HogNet adapter in the HogNet tab of the Control Panel. It may have lost the HogNet MAC Address

   1. The motherboard will need to come to High End to be re-programmed or replaced.

2. If the console has a MAC Address, check the IP addresses between your network devices.
