The CMA on the Axon HD or Axon HD Pro does not show information about the Axon HD or HD Pro. The right portion of the CMA box is blank.
Description/Explanation of Issue
The local web server is not up and running.
- Make sure the Axon is on the latest released version of software.
- If BIOS were changed, restart the Axon.
- Try to connect to the Axon with an external CMA on a windows laptop.
- If the above steps don't work, perform a system restore
