Halcyon fixtures can't see files on a USB drive

Symptoms/Issue

The fixture can't see *.NCW software files on your USB drive.

Description/Explanation of Issue

It's a known issue when you copy *.NCW software files from your Windows machine. For some reason Windows operating system creates invisible folders, even if you are copying the file to the root folder. 

Halcyon fixtures support FAT32 format of a USB drive.

Fix/Solution

1. Plug in your USB drive into the USB port at the back of the fixture.
2. Navigate to "Settings - Software Update - USB"
3. The fixture will read all the data from USB drive.
4. If you see an empty list, just hit "Enter". It's the central button in the navigation controls right to the touchscreen.
5. All  files should appear on the screen.
