RAYN Touch Firmware Installation Unsuccessful

Symptoms/Issue

Updating RAYN Touch Controller to 2.0.0 does not reboot with updated firmware version 

Description/Explanation of Issue

If POE (Power Over Ethernet) is still connected, the controller will not reboot with updated firmware version

Fix/Solution

1. Follow RAYN Firmware Installation Guide to update firmware
2. Remove POE/Power to the device and allow a manual reboot 
3. Verify firmware update was successful under Settings -> Preferences
