RAYN Touch not keeping time after being unplugged

Symptoms/Issue

RAYN Touch not keeping time after being unplugged.  

There is a backup battery  BR1225 3v Lithium 12.5mm Coin cell that keeps the time when not powered.

Note: bend down the arm on top slightly to better hold battery

Description/Explanation of Issue

Explain why problems/issues are occurring. If you want product to do X and Y, follow these steps.

Fix/Solution MKII

MKII RAYN Touch is White with black antenna and has 6 Screws on the face.

1. Power down

2. Remove 6 #1 Philips screw from front of unit.

3. Pull screen out of box.

4. Disconnect the orange header and RJ45.

5. Flip unit over face down on soft surface.

6. Remove 4 screw  screws to get at Battey holder.

7. Replace BR1225 3v

8. Reassemble in revers order.

Fix/Solution MKI 

The original MKI RAYN Touch is black in color no antenna with 6  Screws on the face.

1. Power down

2. Press 2 tabs under front bottom edge  bottom of screen will pop out.

3. Pull screen out of box.

4. Disconnect the orange header and RJ45.

5. Flip unit over face down on soft surface.

6. Remove single screw to get at Battey holder.

7. Replace BR1225 3v

8. Reassemble in revers order.
