How to Connect C18 Series Partition Sensors to a UHCI

How do I wire C18 series partition sensors to my UHCI?

1. Locate the Common terminal (#2) on the switch in phoenix connector.
2. Connect a spare piece of 20AWG wire to the terminal.
3. Connect the wire in terminal #2 on the phoenix connector to a spare terminal on the terminal block.
4. Connect the brown wire from both the receiver and the emitter to +24V on the terminal block. (labeled COM here due to an outdated label)
5. Connect the blue from both the receiver and the emitter to our newly created comon (from #2 on the phoenix connector), and connect black wire (N.O.) or white wire (N.C.) from the receiver to a UHCI contact input on the terminal block.

The yellow LED on the receiver will illuminate when it is in line of sight of the emitter and will turn off when the beam is broken.
When the receiver detects the emitter, the relay output will be in the "normal" state. So:
