Eos Family Consoles typically boot in less than 2 minutes from when the power button is pressed.
If an Eos Family Console takes longer than 120 seconds from when the power button is pressed to when the Welcome Screen appears, the console may be experiencing an issue that should be addressed. Longer-than-expected boot times can have many different root causes that need to be reviewed by looking at the console's logs, along with a description from the user of specific dates/times the long boots are occurring.
If your Eos Family Console is experiencing this issue, please pull the log files from the console and email them to eos@etcconnect.com. How to pull logs off Eos Family Consoles.
In the body of the email please list the serial number, the amount of time it takes to fully boot, specific dates/times the long boots are occurring, and reference this Support Article.
