Level Wheel Scraping Against Keyboard Drawer in Eos Apex Consoles

Explanation of Issue
Eos Apex Consoles that shipped in early 2022 had internal keyboard metal that could strike the level wheel while the keyboard drawer was closing and opening. Scrolling the wheel would also cause it to scrape this metal. ETC has redesigned the keyboard tray sub-assembly to prevent this from happening.
Apex Consoles that have shipped since 2024 may encounter this issue as well.
Solution
Contact ETC Technical Support with the Serial Number of your Apex Console. They will ask you to provide photos / video of the level wheel and keyboard tray as it is being opened and closed to diagnose what parts are interacting.
