- Open up the control panel on your console by following the instructions in this support post:
- Once the control panel is open, pull out the keyboard drawer and remove the keyboard

- Close the keyboard drawer and using the your snips, remove the zip tie holding the USB cable for the keyboard drawer's USB hub.
- Unplug the USB cable and black/yellow power cable from the USB hub.

- Pull the keyboard drawer all the way out. Using your #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the two screws holding the keyboard tray to the side rails.
- Repeat the process for the other two screws on the other rail of the keyboard drawer.

- Once you have removed all 4 screws mentioned in steps 5 and 6 above, push the keyboard drawer back into the console about 1 inch to expose a third screw on each side.
- Using your #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove that 3rd screw from each side of the keyboard tray.

- Now that the tray is loose, pull down and out to remove the tray. You may have to try a couple of times to get the tray out.

Be careful not to damage the USB hub mounted to the back of the keyboard tray
|
|
|
- Now that the tray is removed, using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the face plate.
- Transfer that face plate to your new keyboard tray.
|
|
- Using your #1 Phillips Screwdriver, remove the two screws holding the USB hub bracket to the keyboard tray.
- Transfer the USB hub to your new keyboard tray.

- Now that you have transferred the USB hub and front face plate from your old keyboard tray to your new one, re-install the new keyboard tray in the side rails.

- Use the 6 screws you removed previously to secure the tray to the side rails.
|
|
- Push the keyboard tray all the way back into the console.
- Plug in the USB cable and black/yellow power harness back into the USB hub
- Use a spare zip tie to secure the USB cable to the cable USB hub bracket
