Oops! I have a Pathport Gateway Provided by ETC that Failed Out of the Box! What do I do?
Issue
A Pathway Pathport® Gateway provided by ETC came broken or failed immediately out of the box!
Explanation of Issue
While both ETC and Pathway's Quality teams have checked these gateways, sometimes things happen.
Solution
Within First 3 Months of Shipment from ETC
- Contact ETC Support with the serial number of the affected unit
- Additional questions or troubleshooting may happen to determine status
- If the unit needs to be replaced, ETC will process that replacement directly.
After 3 Months
- Contact ETC Support with the serial number of the affected unit
- Additional questions or troubleshooting may happen to determine status
- If the unit needs to be replaced, ETC will start a case to track the issue by the ETC serial number but will connect you with Pathway Connectivity to arrange for a repair or replacement directly.
