CEM+ LCD Scrambled
Symptoms/Issue
LCD on the CEM+ has scrambled text
Explanation of Issue
An example of scrambled text is shown in the image below
There are two possibilities for this issue. Either the LCD is failing, or the CPU may be partially damaged.
If the LCD is failing, the face panel can be replaced. Resetting the CEM+ may allow it to function again, for a time.
If the CPU has been partially damaged, the CPU would need to be replaced. Resetting the CEM+ may allow it to function again for a time, but may not be reliable
