CEM+ Backplane Comm Error

Symptoms/Issue

Backplane Comm Error
Unable to load config from backplane
Unable to save config to backplane
Random lockups

Explanation of Issue

The CPU has very likely been partially damaged. The Sensor rack sustained a voltage spike, and the voltage transients propagated through the I2C communication lines on the backplane into the CEM+ and damaged the CPU.
The CEM+ may still function, but will be unable to load a config from the backplane, unable to save a config to the backplane, and will throw the backplane comm error.
The CEM+ may also lock up at random, though that could be a possible DRAM failure
