Explanation of Issue
Fluctuating temperatures for a power leg in a SmartPack often indicate an issue with the power cube (device that regulates the dimming) controlling circuits on that phase.
Solution
When metering line voltage power, follow all precautions delineated in NFPA-70E to ensure your safety.
- Meter incoming voltage to verify power is stable
- Order a replacement power cube for that phase. Click Here for information on replacing a power cube.
