The MAC address for a Hog 4 console is missing

The MAC address for a Hog 4 console is missing and will not allow the console to perform a full install or network to another console.
Fix/Solution
Unfortunately, this issue cannot be fixed in the field and must be sent to a High End Systems or ETC repair center. Please contact your local High End Systems dealer to start the repair process.
