How to connect a High End Systems Sola series fixture to a Hog 4 console via ArtNet or sACN.
Steps to Solution
On the fixture
- Select the input
- Navigate to Set
- Select Input
- Choose ArtNet or sACN
- Set the universe number and make note of that universe number
- Navigate to Set
- Navigate to "Set Universe"
- Change the universe to your desired universe
- Make note of the fixture's IP address
On the Hog 4 console
- Launch the show
- Change the FixtureNet IP address to be in the same range as the fixture's IP address
- Open the network window
- [Setup] -> (Network)
- Open the processor settings
- Select the output tab
- Press add mapping
- Select the starting and ending universe you want to add for output for
- Select the protocol you want to output (sACN and/or ArtNet)\
- Ensure the hog universes are routed to the proper sACN and/or ArtNet port(s)
