Starting in Eos Family Software version 2.2.1 we have seen reports that network drives (hard drives on the network for the consoles to read/write from) are not staying connected after a console is rebooted on some Windows 7 based desks.
Description/Explanation of Issue
The console has to re-map the drive in the background in order to maintain the connection, and is not doing so automatically. We hope to resolve this in a future software version.
Unfortunately the only solution at this time is to go to the shell and re-map the drive.
