How to Restore Defaults on Pathway Devices

Explanation of Issue

For any number of reasons, you may want to factory default the Pathway Pathport® gateway provided by ETC back to the original defaults.

Restoring factory defaults will return the gateway to the state it shipped from Pathway not the state it shipped from ETC.

Solution

1. Follow the instructions provided by Pathway in their Factory Defaulting of Pathway Ethernet Devices via Physical Access document
