My EOS console does not have my fixture profile?
How do I request a fixture profile to be added to the EOS family fixture library?
Steps to Solution
Before requesting a fixture profile be added, please check if you are running the latest version of EOS family software and fixture library patch: Finding the Fixture Library Version in an Eos Family Console (2.3.2 and older) and Finding the Fixture Library Version in an Eos Family Console (2.3.3 and newer)
If you are not running the latest, we recommend updating your console to the latest version, as the fixture profile may be there: Updating Software on an Eos Family Console or Net3 RVI
If you are running the latest version and you still do not see your fixture profile, you can go to the EOS Family forums page to request a fixture profile: https://community.etcconnect.com/control_consoles/eos-family-consoles/f/fixture-requests. Please note, we do have an up to two week lead time on these.
