Gadget II does not output DMX
Issue
My Gadget II is not outputting data and/or is not seen by Eos software.
Determining CPU Variant
There are two versions of Gadget II hardware, called CPU1 and CPU2. Each variant has different compatibility requirements.
To determine which variant you have, check the label on the bottom of the unit.

Requirements
Gadget II CPU1 requires Eos software v2.4.0 or higher.
Gadget II CPU2 requires Eos software v3.1.4 or higher. Additionally, CPU2 is not compatible with Cobalt software.
