Widget is not sending out DMX when connected to Hog 4 PC

Symptoms/Issue

Hog 4 PC using a widget or a super widget and cannot send DMX to the lights.

This also applies to Nano Hogs or Hoglets not sending out DMX.

Description/Explanation of Issue

Widget is not mapped

OR 

Firewall is turned on

Fix/Solution

Steps for mapping a widget/Hoglet 

If still no DMX output, please try the following steps

• Turn off the firewall and restart the computer
• Make sure that only one network card is enabled

If the widget/Hoglet is already mapped, attempt to unmap the widget/Hoglet and remap the widget/Hoglet.

1. Open the network window
2. Open the DP 8000 settings
3. Go to the DMX Widgets tab
4. In the drop-down menu for the desired universe, select None
   Repeat if needed.
5. Hit Okay. This is needed to completely close the DP 8000 settings.
6. Open the DP 8000 settings
7. Got to the DMX Widgets tab
8. In the drop-down menu for the desired universe, select the correct Widget output
   Repeat if needed.
9. Hit Okay
