External touch screen does not work on Hog 4 console

Symptoms/Issue

The external touch screen does not recognize touch input.

Description/Explanation of Issue

When running Hog 4 v3.8.0 and below, only a select few touch screen monitors were supported.

If running Hog 4 v3.9.0 and above, then the touch screen needs to be supported by Windows 7 without any drivers.

Fix/Solution

1.  Make sure the touch screen is a supported make and model. This can be found in Chapter 3 in the manual on your console.
2.  Make sure you are running the latest software version
